ٱلَّذِينَ إِن مَّكَّنَّـٰهُمۡ فِى ٱلۡأَرۡضِ أَقَامُواْ ٱلصَّلَوٰةَ وَءَاتَوُاْ ٱلزَّڪَوٰةَ وَأَمَرُواْ بِٱلۡمَعۡرُوفِ وَنَهَوۡاْ عَنِ ٱلۡمُنكَرِۗ وَلِلَّهِ عَـٰقِبَةُ ٱلۡأُمُورِ ٤١
They are those who, if we appointed them as rulers on Earth, they would establish the Salat (Contact Prayer) and the Zakat (Obligatory Charity), and would advocate righteousness and forbid evil. ALLAH is the ultimate ruler.
