ثُمَّ بَعَثۡنَـٰكُم مِّنۢ بَعۡدِ مَوۡتِكُمۡ لَعَلَّڪُمۡ تَشۡكُرُونَ ٥٦

Through the above 2 verses we note that the disbelievers put a condition to Moses that they will not believe unless they see Allah physically. Consequently, Allah showed them His awesome power through the lightning, whereby they were knocked down. The Most Merciful revived them after they had died to give them another chance to be appreciative of Him. Therefore, in order to show you the Miracle, I will combine verse 2:55 Part 1 with verse 2:56. May Allah forgive me for doing so.
