وَٱسۡتَعِينُواْ بِٱلصَّبۡرِ وَٱلصَّلَوٰةِۚ وَإِنَّہَا لَكَبِيرَةٌ إِلَّا عَلَى ٱلۡخَـٰشِعِينَ ٤٥
You shall seek help through steadfastness and the Salat (Contact Prayer). This is difficult indeed, but not so for the reverent,
