وَإِنۡ عَزَمُواْ ٱلطَّلَـٰقَ فَإِنَّ ٱللَّهَ سَمِيعٌ عَلِيمٌ۬ ٢٢٧
If they go through with the divorce, then ALLAH is Hearer, Knower.
