إِلَّا ٱلَّذِينَ تَابُواْ وَأَصۡلَحُواْ وَبَيَّنُواْ فَأُوْلَـٰٓٮِٕكَ أَتُوبُ عَلَيۡہِمۡۚ وَأَنَا ٱلتَّوَّابُ ٱلرَّحِيمُ ١٦٠
Except for those who repent and reform and proclaim – then I redeem them. I am the Redeemer, Most Merciful.
