فَٱنطَلَقَا حَتَّىٰٓ إِذَا لَقِيَا غُلَـٰمً۬ا فَقَتَلَهُ ۥ قَالَ أَقَتَلۡتَ نَفۡسً۬ا زَكِيَّةَۢ بِغَيۡرِ نَفۡسٍ۬ لَّقَدۡ جِئۡتَ شَيۡـًٔ۬ا نُّكۡرً۬ا ٧٤
So they went. When they met a young boy, he killed him. He said, "Why did you kill such an innocent person, who did not kill another person? You have committed something horrendous."

Comment: Verse 18:74 will be in contradiction of the command not to kill another human being, as life is made sacred, except in the course of justice. This was a young boy innocent of any crime and he was killed by the angel messenger. Can you rationalize this verse and incident, whereby Allah can do the things that He forbids the humans from doing?
