لِلَّذِينَ ٱسۡتَجَابُواْ لِرَبِّہِمُ ٱلۡحُسۡنَىٰۚ وَٱلَّذِينَ لَمۡ يَسۡتَجِيبُواْ لَهُ ۥ لَوۡ أَنَّ لَهُم مَّا فِى ٱلۡأَرۡضِ جَمِيعً۬ا وَمِثۡلَهُ ۥ مَعَهُ ۥ لَٱفۡتَدَوۡاْ بِهِۦۤۚ أُوْلَـٰٓٮِٕكَ لَهُمۡ سُوٓءُ ٱلۡحِسَابِ وَمَأۡوَٮٰهُمۡ جَهَنَّمُۖ وَبِئۡسَ ٱلۡمِهَادُ ١٨
Those who respond to their Lord deserve the good rewards. As for those who failed to respond to Him, if they possessed everything on Earth – even twice as much – they would readily give it up as ransom. They have incurred the worst reckoning, and their final abode is Hell; what a miserable destiny.

The intelligent humans are those who fulfill their pledge to GOD, and do not violate their Covenant. They believe in GOD’s revelations, uphold the guidance, and prove it by following His messengers, which is the best response to GOD’S call to believe in Him. Note that the messenger’s letters were involved to reveal the Proof of 1, as well as the Proof of 110 of Absoluteness, through verses 13:18-19 above, Praise be to Allah.
