Quran 12:75

قَالُواْ جَزَٲٓؤُهُ ۥ مَن وُجِدَ فِى رَحۡلِهِۦ فَهُوَ جَزَٲٓؤُهُ ۥ‌ۚ كَذَٲلِكَ نَجۡزِى ٱلظَّـٰلِمِينَ ٧٥

They said, "The punishment, if it is found in his bag, is that the thief belongs to you. We thus punish the guilty."
